Rules

The first rule is to find your hair type. There are 3 kinds of hair for women and 4 for men  included:

 

• Wavy: 2a, 2b, 2c

• Curly: 3a, 3b, 3c

• Coily: 4a, 4b, 4c

• Kinky: 4a,4b, 4c

 

Then determine your hair density, texture and porosity. Stop relaxing your hair, avoid overusing flat iron, gel and hair dye for your hair. Remember God made everything perfect so your hair is beautiful. Use organic product for your hair care. Before going to bed braid the end of your hair then wrap it in cotton scarf  make sure it is not too tight.

Asian hair has a low density but grow very fast. Caucasian hair grow at an average speed per day and are very dense To determine your hair type use a mirror. Make a line in the middle of your hair using a comb or by hand. You will then need more light to see the root of your hair. Are they curly? Then hold them like a bun with one hand on the side. Are they bushy? If you do not see your scalp your hair is thick. On the other hand if it is seen less you have a medium density and low density if you see a lot of your scalp. Learn about near your loved ones or taking a picture of your hair is even easier. To know the texture pull out a hair put it on a piece of white paper. Then look at your hair more closely.
